The shining powder to be glued on one side of EVA and we called it Glitter EVA. Different powder will make different EVA. Fluorescent Glitter EVA(we also call Neon Glitter EVA) is one of them. Fluorescent color will make your handcraft product be more outstanding, colorful and brilliant.
